Position Title: Digital Growth Manager

Job Description:

Naked Wines’ mission is to change the way the wine industry works for the benefit of wine drinkers, winemakers and our people.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit the loyal Angels that will fund our talented winemakers for years to come
  • Build a pipeline of new and exciting partners – start the conversations (prospect, pitch and negotiate) and drive them through to completion (closing and implementation)
  • Nurture our existing partner relationships to drive more value out of them, achieving more and better quality angels every year

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial and creative – seeking out the perfect new partners to work with isn’t always easy – you might need to look in some unexpected places to find them
  • The gift of the gab – you will love building relationships, talking to new people and objection handling
  • Super-human organisation – you’ll be responsible for hundreds of partners at different deal stages and will need to juggle their needs and an acquisition budget
  • Analytical – you’ll be comfortable with numbers and the full Microsoft suite, be able to analyse past deals and act to optimise them
  • Proactive and enthusiastic – self-motivated and a self-starter, bucketfuls of energy and able to manage your own time
