Skipton are the fourth largest building society and we are looking for a Customer Relationship Consultant in your local branch.

Requirements:

  • Support and mentor Credit Risk analysts, to support individuals turn information into real solutions or insight.
  • Leading and supporting Credit Risk analysts and/or senior analysts, providing training as appropriate.
  • Skilled at presenting at executive committees, leading meetings and workshops.
  • Manage operational workloads and plans, setting clear deliverables – and consistently deliver in line with those specified timescales.
  • Leading and managing activity of strategic importance.
  • Contributing to departmental plans and priorities, aligning to the Society vision.
  • Developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skill, with coding experience and a good understanding of data.
