Responsibilities:

  • Discussing insurance needs to deliver products and services that are right for our customers.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service through a mixture of inbound calls and follow-up appointments.
  • Managing your own diary and taking responsibility for your personal and professional development.
  • Working within policies and guidelines, meeting regulatory expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • A strong proven customer focused and positive approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great listening skills.
  • Knowledge of Mortgages and Insurance.
