Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • The HR Shared Services team is a great place to work.
  • We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy, friendly team.
  • You will be responsible for accurately maintaining data held across the core HR systems.
  • You will provide a positive employee experience, providing empathy, advice, guidance and interpretation on all employment related policies, conditions of employment and procedures. Reporting into the Shared Services .
  • Team manager, this is a hands-on role where you will be working in a fast paced, unionised environment so you need to be confident dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. You will need a customer focussed mindset with great written and communication skills.
