Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your customers and enquiries
  • Resolve issues in an effective and timely manner
  • Supporting with Online Orders, Payments, in-store Deliveries, Online deliveries, Bonus Card
  • enquiries, Store enquiries, General questions etc.
  • Be able to deal with challenging customers and scenarios
