Frasers Group are seeking a Retail Operations and Communications Coordinator. The role will support the Retail Operations and Commercial teams in delivering clear, concise and simple communication to our retail stores. The role is responsible for encompassing the timely coordination of employee communication, keeping it simple and ensuring that business activity lands right first time in store.
- Coordinator of internal communications for stores and Head Office. Ensuring that briefs are concise, timely and appropriate to prevent mixed messages and inaccurate information being circulated
- Maintaining the rhythm and routine for stores by ensuring all businesses are aligned and working to the same processes. This will require you to be both proactive and reactive to changes within the business
- Oversee the Retail Communication functions generally and escalate any serious concerns to the Retail Comms & Compliance Manager
- Work closely with the Retail Communications Team to ensure that all tasks set by the Retail Comms & Compliance Manager are completed on time and to the required level
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a similar Communications role is desired (ideally with a Retail background)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues before communications are shared with store teams
- Ability to develop working relationships across all levels very quickly and gain credibility; not afraid to influence upwards and drive change
- Organisational and time management skills must be of a high standard
- Confident user of all Microsoft Office applications
